Further to our emphasis on young talent, we visit premier B-schools and Engineering colleges to acquire fresh talent from the market to supplement the in-house knowledge pool available.
These young recruits are assigned specific roles from Day One – on-job training and real-world situations in which they are expected to fulfill set expectations. A periodic review mechanism ensures that a healthy communication channel is maintained and works toward channeling the experience gained towards an end which is productive for both the individual and the organization.
Additionally, from an organizational point of view, this enables us to build a future-ready leadership pipeline for the organization.
